I'm currently responsible for conceptualizing, shoot planning, set design, talent casting, photo execution, art direction and post production for crafted fashion, kids, home decor and product photography both on location and in studio for Joann Fabrics through the Columbus Ohio based agency Kreber. I collaborate with brand stakeholders, including product development and marketing creative teams, to deliver fast and focused creative that is on time, on budget that aligned with the omni-channel brand experience. I lead the internal and external teams including photographers, producers, photo art directors, stylists to ensure concepts are well executed and brand focused. My contribution is complete through post production of shoots, including selects, directing retouching to ensure the time delivery of all photography assets.
